Panama City man arrested, accused of sexually assualting 16-year-old
BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – A Panama City Beach man was arrested and is now facing child sex charges.
According to the Bay County Sheriff's Office, 44-year-old Damian Gulgar met the 16-year-old victim online through an anonymous hookup website for men.

On January 8, the victim came forward, gave authorities all his information from the site, and disclosed that the sexual abuse occurred in December.
Through the information they obtained from the website and the use of the Bay Real-Time Center known as BAYROC, investigators were able to identify Gulgar as the suspect.
Authorities tracked Gulgar to a local apartment complex where he was taken into custody.
Gulgar was booked into the Bay County Jail on Wednesday and is being held on a $75,000 bond.
