Believe in Better: WWF photo competition calls on South Africans to capture the good around them
The World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF) calls on all South Africans to Believe in Better – and to share that belief through the lens of their camera.
As part of its global movement to inspire optimism and positive change, WWF has launched a Believe in Better photographic competition in South Africa.
The goal? To showcase the beauty, hope and resilience that exists in our communities and natural surroundings.
Whether you're a seasoned photographer, an amateur with a passion, or simply someone who notices the good in everyday life, this competition is for you.
Your photo could help spark a ripple of positivity – one image at a time.
You could win a photographic safari. But hurry, the closing date is Friday, 6 June.
What's the idea?
WWF wants to shift the focus from doom and gloom to hope and possibility.
By encouraging people to believe in better, the organisation hopes to highlight the powerful stories and simple moments that remind us that things can change for the better.
So, grab your camera or phone, head outdoors, and start capturing the inspiring, the joyful and hopeful moments in your world.
Your entry might just be the spark someone else needs to believe in better too.
