Sub 126 is set to join Glasgow's new food and drink hub
Founded by Ben Paterson, Sub 126 has built a cult following across the city with its bold, Italian-American-inspired sandwiches—think hot, cold, cheesy, saucy, and stacked.
He said: 'We make everything we can in-house: sauces, meatballs, the lot.
'Bread's baked fresh every morning. The food has to be good, the visuals have to be good. It all has to connect.'

Inspired by the iconic sub shops of New York, Ben has poured passion and precision into every detail of the brand.
He continued: 'I'm obsessed with detail
"I want to create food you can eat on a street corner and feel like a king.'
The decision to join Clydeside Containers, a riverside project bringing together some of Glasgow's most exciting food and drink talent, felt like a 'natural next step' for the brand.

Ben said: 'There's a real sense of community in the Glasgow food scene.
'Clydeside is like a miniature hospitality dream team—everyone's strong, everyone's bringing something special. It's exciting to be part of that.'
Clydeside Containers is expected to open later this spring, offering locals and visitors a fresh new hub for street food and socialising along the Clyde.
