Bentley defenseman Tanner Main has signed a one-year deal in France with Strasbourg, it was announced this past week.
A product of Welland, Ont., Main just finished his senior season with the Falcons, scoring two goals and adding seven assists for nine points in 35 games. Across 102 career NCAA games, Main collected four goals and 13 assists for 17 points.

Before making his way to the collegiate level, Main spent time playing junior hockey in the GOJHL (St. Catharines Falcons) and the BCHL (Wenatchee Wild & Prince George Spruce Kings).
With Main heading to Strasbourg (which plays out of the second-tier pro league in France), he should be able to step in and have an impact on his team. Having come into his own as a player in 2024-25, Main should be able to carry his confidence with him overseas.
