Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, one of the most popular dramas on TV, has been making headlines for some time now. Over time, there have been concerns about its TRP and storyline. To keep the audience interested, the makers introduced various twists and in the latest, they are planning a major cast reshuffle. As part of this creative transition, actress Vaibhavi Hankare, who now plays a key role, will leave the show. Interestingly, Bhavika Sharma, who initially led the show, is rumoured to make a comeback. A report by Etimes stated that despite Vaibhavi Hankare's hard work and dedication, her persona failed to connect with the spectators. The publication quoted a source as saying, 'She brought sincerity to her role, but sometimes it's about the story's direction. We wish her the best." Moreover, reports suggest that Bhavika Sharma, who played the role of Savi, will be back on the show. While the actress has not confirmed her comeback, there are multiple speculations around the same. The portal stated that the storyline will now shift to Savi's new chapter, with Param Singh's character, Dr. Neil Pradhan, entering her life. Param's romantic angle with Savi will lend new energy to the plot, while Sanam Johar will continue to infuse intensity in his role as the adversary, Ruturaj. Meanwhile, speaking about the character Tejaswini ending in the show, Vaibhavi Hankare told Bombay Times, 'Tejaswini was introduced as a new character with her journey, and I gave everything to it. My emotions, my energy and my soul. Unfortunately, her journey is coming to an end. That's how the nature of our work is. We don't always get to decide how long we will be a part of a show. We only understand how deep it is and how hard we have worked on it." Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin has undergone several major changes since its inception. It first achieved success with Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh, and Aishwarya Sharma as the leads. The show was then transferred to the second generation with Bhavika Sharma, Shakti Arora, and Sumit Singh. Bhavika then appeared on the show with Hitesh Bharadwaj and Amayra Khurana as the story leapt. Actor Vaibhavi Hankare has exited the TV show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Reportedly, due to low ratings, the makers have rejigged the story and cast the former lead, actor Bhavika Sharma, opposite actor Param Singh. Vaibhavi, who entered the show in February, is a bit upset with the way things unfolded. A source from the channel shares, 'The makers feel bringing in Vaibhavi didn't resonate well with the audience, especially the loyal fan base who have been enjoying the show for five years now. The team had no option but to end her role and work on bringing back Bhavika Sharma, who was the lead of the show last year. The option of rejigging the cast was better or else they would have had to end the show." Talking to us, Vaibhavi shares that it's a mere assumption that she was shown the door due to low TRPs. 'A wrong message is being spread, and I had no choice but to state my perspective. My role was introduced as a new entry in the show. I gave my everything to the role of Tejaswini and played it to the best of my ability." Vaibhavi adds that she has taken the change in her stride, 'It is sad to end my role on such an abrupt note, but that's the nature of our work. We don't always get to decide how long we will stay or if the show will work or not.' Actor Bhavika Sharma remained unavailable for comment on her reentry into the show.
