Ahmedabad: Seven Covid-19 positive cases have been reported in the city. Over the past year, the city typically recorded one positive case per month. However, this time, seven cases emerged simultaneously, officials said, adding that all patients are being kept in home isolation and samples have been sent for variant testing. According to a press release issued by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) on Tuesday, "On May 20, 2025, seven positive Covid-19 cases were recorded in various areas of Ahmedabad city. These include a 15-year-old male in Vatva, a 28-year-old male in Narol, a 72-year-old female in Danilimda, a 30-year-old male in Behrampura, a two-year-old girl in Gota, a 54-year-old male in Navrangpura, and a 15-year-old male in Bopal.
