Buxar tops public service delivery ranking for 8th time in a row

Buxar: Buxar district has secured the top spot in Bihar's public service delivery ranking for the eighth consecutive time. According to the latest rankings released by the Bihar Administrative Reforms Mission Society in March 2025, Buxar achieved 89.992 marks out of 100. Bhagalpur got second place and Jehanabad third. This ranking is based on parameters such as service delivery within the time limit, execution of filed appeals, recovery of imposed penalty amounts, and inspection of public service centres.
