MAFS' Carina Mirabile undergoes $35,000 post-show transformation: 'Beautiful'
MAFS bride Carina Mirabile has created a name for herself as one of the most fashion-forward brides on the show and has been known to make some bold decisions with her looks, like going blonde in her early 20s. Now, it's been revealed that the MAFS bride has spent $35,000 undergoing a major transformation since filming wrapped on the reality show in November.
Yahoo Lifestyle understands the 31-year-old had a breast lift augmentation with Sydney-based Dr Kourosh Tavakoli earlier this year. With the surgery, Carina went from a B-cup to a D-cup with a fat transfer, which is a choice some women make instead of implants.
The Perth-based bride showed off the results of her now complete transformation while arriving at a mini-cast reunion in Sydney on Thursday evening. Carina was joined by co-stars Ryan Donnelly, Eliot Donavan and Adrian Araouzou at Bill & Toni's in Darlinghurst.
While uniting with her co-stars, her transformation appeared to be the talk of the group with Eliot filming a TikTok where he joked: 'When you bump into an old friend and something about them looks different.'
He jokingly added, "Is that a new hairdo?"

"And just like that Elliot became a devout Catholic," one user wrote, referencing this week's homestays, where Carina's 'husband' Paul Antoine was questioned over his faith by her family.
"Oh she got bangs! Beautiful," another said.
"Honestly y'all look good together," a third wrote, with Eliot responding, "As friends."
"I think she wants you to at least look her in the eyes," someone else joked, with the MAFS groom replying, "I'm not risking it."
"She kinda looks like Kim Kardashian," another said, with another saying he also looks like Scott Disick.
It comes after throwback photos on Instagram show Carina looking barely recognisable with blonde hair on her 21st birthday.
In the snap, she paired her lighter locks with a black patterned gown and simple make-up – a stark contrast to her striking looks on MAFS.

Carina received plenty of compliments on her hair at the time, with her followers saying she looked 'amazing', 'so beautiful' and 'absolutely stunning'.
One person even described her as the 'Kim K of Perth' because of how similar she looked to the reality TV mogul, who rocked a similar blonde hairstyle in 2014.
