CSPD seeks help in locating missing at-risk 72-year-old
(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 72-year-old at-risk adult.
Richard Billingsly, 72, was last seen in the 3000 block of Reuben Drive, near Dublin Boulevard and Union Boulevard, at around 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5.
Billingsly is described as a Black man who stands at around 5'10', weighs 200 pounds, and has grey hair with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a Cleveland Browns t-shirt, blue jeans, and possibly a Cleveland Indians jacket, along with tennis shoes.
