It starts with the players being born as a female, becoming a doctor/surgeon (building a career of 15+ years), engaging in scandalous relationships (hooking up with 5 fathers), having 3 children from casual flings, and even committing a dark family crime—murder your father. Eliminating the character's father as the character turns 14 is the darkest task. For it, head to Activities, choose Crime, select Murder, and then select your father. Choose Poison or the Drive-by for a high success rate. If you are caught, use Assassin's Blde for the guaranteed kill. You can even emigrate to restart.
