The Shark FlexBreeze fan £199.99 £169.99 AMAZON GET DEAL Product Description Amazon has this Shark FlexBreeze fan for a cheaper price thanks to a payday sale. Perfect for the summer and the potential heatwaves that are on the horizon. Debenhams also offers a 40" Bladeless Tower Fan on offer for £119.99. It has a rating of 4.8 with 35 five star reviews and has been praised for being 'quiet'. The best thing about the Shark fan is that it has almost flawless reviews from almost 600 people on Amazon. One shopper who called it the "best fan ever" said they loved it. They added: "I have spent so much money on fans over the past few years, and none have even come close to how amazing this one is. It's the perfect size to move from desk to floor, and it's not a faff to do so. It's also brilliant for home working, as the first two settings are super quiet, and the third setting adds some noise; however, nothing louder than having your window open. "Even on the lowest setting, it gives a nice cooling breeze and really brings down the temperature in any room. The ultimate part is that it has a built-in rechargeable battery, which makes it the best one I have purchased. Brilliant for moving without the need for cables and it has a nice, solid weight to it." Another shopper added: "Expected no less from Shark Ninja. The fan is well designed, with a rather small footprint. The base is heavy enough to prevent wobbling, but light enough to be easily manoeuvred. Shark's FlexBreeze fan works indoors and out and can be run without a cable for up to 24 hours (Image: Shark ) "By looking at it, the Flexbreeze looks like a lightweight in the fan department, but turn it on and you're pleasantly surprised. Whisper quiet on settings one and two, with a mild hum all the way up to five. I couldn't sit in front of it on five for very long at all, felt like the inside of a wind tunnel." One shopper added: "The remote is handy and the fact that it lifts away for a more portable fan is also handy. "It does what I need it to do, but still overpriced for what it is, as some of the smaller fans out there now are still quite strong at a fraction of the cost, hence the rating. Shark is a good brand, though, and this fan is solidly made, so I am hoping this will see me through many summers."

Amazon bladeless fan that 'easily cools' is a 'great Dyson alternative'
Our community members are treated to special offers, promotions and adverts from us and our partners. You can check out at any time. More info Ireland has enjoyed a rather pleasant spring, with temperatures soaring above 20C in some parts. And as we bid farewell to spring and welcome the onset of summer in June, there's optimism that the balmy weather will persist. For those on the hunt for a new fan, it might be worth considering a bladeless model. Bladeless fans have seen a surge in popularity in recent years, primarily because they don't accumulate dust like their traditional counterparts. This makes them easier to maintain and more suitable for individuals who are prone to allergies. Dyson is arguably at the forefront of this market with its Purifier Cool Gen1, a dual-function cooling and air purifying system. The fan captures and traps pollutants, offers ten settings and is controlled by a remote. However, with a hefty price tag of £349.99, it sits at the higher end of the market, potentially out of reach for many households. (Image: Amazon) Pro Breeze is another top contender in the fan market, offering devices that are more moderately priced, thus appealing to a wider consumer base. For example, its Bladeless Tower Fan is priced at €169, and numerous customers have compared its performance and quality favourably to Dyson's, reports the Mirror. The Tower Fan by Pro Breeze utilises 'Air Stream Cooling Technology', which enhances cooling power to distribute a stream of cool air throughout rooms. It features large 4mm vents, which prove handy during heatwaves. In terms of reviews, the Pro Breeze model from Amazon received more than 700 ratings. One customer described it as: "This fan has proven to be a great Dyson alternative so far. I brought it for my son, who sleeps in a bed tent (he's autistic), and it helps cool him down during the high heat." This user noted that is was quiet saying: "It's not that loud, turns itself off, and has an easy-to-use touch-button panel on the front that my son knows how to use. So, it's not at all complicated." In contrast, a second consumer gave the product 2 stars, having found the fan noise excessive stating: "This fan is so loud I have to turn my TV up! I have a cheap one that is quieter and just as powerful. Sorry, I can't recommend this as it's too loud, definitely not ultra quiet." A third buyer rated the fan highly saying: "Probably the best fan I've ever owned. I went through quite a lot of cheap fans and I've had Dyson ones. But this is by far the best I've seen, especially for bladeless." They went on to say: "It does have 6 speed settings. The first 2 settings are definitely kind of quiet, so pretty good for those who hate sounds and have a decent amount of air." And concluded: "The 6th setting is really powerful a strong wind but sounds almost like a vacuum cleaner but not as bad. Still I wouldn't think it's ideal to sleep with the 6th setting unless you do like the sound of the fan like me. "The size is good usually with most fans it can barely reach the top of my bed but this goes above the height of it which is really good. 5/5 definitely recommend." A fourth was equally positive: "As a fan this is great, easily as cooling as a Dyson or bigger more expensive brand, even on low settings you can feel it. The instructions are easy to follow, the remote is easy to use. "It's a little chunky not massively but there's definitely more streamlined versions out there. It's not deafeningly loud, but you can hear it as it's not silent either. I do think it's a great fan for the money, though. I would definitely buy again."
