Enel Profit Boosted by Good Performance in Americas, Spain
Enel SpA 's first-quarter profit beat expectations thanks largely to its good performance in Latin America and Spain. Italy's biggest utility reported adjusted net income of €2 billion ($2.25 billion) for the period, above the average €1.93 billion of analysts estimates compiled by Blomberg.
