'Sexy and beachy': Bella Hadid's fragrance is the scent of the summer - where to get it exclusively in the UK

As soon as Bella Hadid starts talking about beauty we are sat. The model is one of Cosmo Beauty Team's industry faves, so, while there are way too many celebrity beauty brands floating around, we gave Queen Bella a pass as a true beauty girlie. Orebella (pronounced aura-bella), Hadid's innovative fragrance line, launched last year in the U.S but we had to wait until this week to be able to shop it here in the U.K., where it's available exclusively at Selfridges. Humble brag, but we were one of the first to get our hands on the range across the pond, and we were kinda blown away from first spray. Cosmo Beauty Writer Lia described the range as 'the best celebrity perfumes I have ever smelt'. A big ol' claim when competing with the likes of Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande and of course our Y2K honey Britney Spears Fantasy. BTW, our Summer Beauty Bible is on newsstands now. So, if you find that sometimes perfume makes your skin dry when you spritz it directly, this won't have that effect. The bi-phase is skincare-infused water and essential oils that need to be shaken to mix before spraying onto the skin. The potency of the perfume oils cannot be understated; these scents have serious lasting power, after eight hours in the office, I can still smell the notes lingering on my skin, which cannot be said for some of my perfumes that cost twice the price. I would say, the only thing that is a little annoying is that the lids are flush with the glass casing so are a little hard to get off, especially if you have longer nails. Here's our full review below… Blooming Fire is warm floral summer scent. It's hot and sexy and kinda reminds me of glistening skin on a warm summer afternoon. If you're a fan of creamier florals over zingy, citrus ones, you will love this. Notes: Top notes are bergamot, cardamom, cedar and clove leaf; middle notes are monoi oil and jasmine; base note is patchouli. My favourite of the four, this is a summery scent for a lover of woody fragrances. I love how it dries down to a salty, sexy beachy vibe but with the warmth of cedarwood, sandalwood and amber anchoring the base notes. Notes: Top notes are sea salt and pink pepper; middle notes are olive tree, lavender and fig; base notes are cedar, sandalwood and amber. Like a sweet bouquet of roses this scent will have floral fragrance fans in a tizzy. It opens extremely floral thanks to the rose and jasmine notes but it has a unique citrus kick with the lemon and mint in the mix. Notes: Top notes are lemon, mint and geranium; middle notes are damask rose and jasmine and the base note is tonka bean. The way I feel about this scent is the same way I feel about Harry Styles' alleged favourite scent, Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille, after I sprayed it, I couldn't stop sniffing my wrist, it's so sexy, sweet and warm. It's the kind of scent you want to – no – need to, nuzzle into. It's screaming for a date night. Notes: Top notes are ginger, cardamom and guaiac wood; middle notes are vanilla and labdanum and the base notes are sandalwood and patchouli. Keeks Reid is the Beauty Director at Cosmopolitan UK. Bella Hadid launches 'revolutionary' fragrance in UK

'Ôrəbella isn't just any new celebrity fragrance. Apart from marking supermodel/entrepreneur Bella Hadid 's scent debut, it comes with a bold statement: to 'revolutionise' the fragrance category. How so? Her 'transformative fragrance brand' is a 'pioneer in the 'skinification' of fragrance… 'reimagining parfum as part of your skincare ritual', we're told. The essential oil fine fragrance comes with a 'skin-loving base for a nourishing, long-lasting, sensorial experience'. And now for the 'groundbreaking' bit. The 'skin parfum collection', 'changes how we experience scent, blends clean, vegan, and alcohol-free perfume with skincare-quality ingredients for fragrances that hydrate and cater to sensitive skin'. Created in conjunction with category specialists Firmenich and Robertet, brand's innovative bi-phase formula is designed to be shaken to fuse two layers before being spraying directly onto skin. A nourishing base layer is powered by the brand's proprietary alcohol-free 'Ôrəlixir' base, featuring hydrating snow mushroom and a blend of five moisturising oils (camellia, almond, olive, jojoba, and shea). The second layer contains aromatherapeutic essential oils and responsibly-sourced fine fragrance ingredients 'that uplift mood and energy'. The all-day-wear collection features four genderless fragrances: Window2Soul, a sheer floral scent comprised of a faceted rose and jasmine bouquet with accents of fresh lemon contrasted with tonka bean; Salted Muse, a woody marine containing sea salt and pink pepper with an olive tree accord plus a lavender twist at the heart, finished with woods and crisp amber; Blooming Fire, a warm floral solar scent with Tahitian monoi flower and patchouli and bergamot; and Nightcap, a 'warm and spicy aphrodisiac' with ginger, cardamom spice, vanilla and rich woods. All scents come housed in a sculptural geode (a geological secondary formation) bottle, inspired by raw earth and shaped to sit in the palm of the hand. Three Skin Perfume sizes are priced £32 (10ml) £67 (50ml) and £95 (100ml) plus a Parfum Discovery Set (£15). 'Ôrəbella debuts in the UK exclusively at all Selfridges stores on 15 May with the London flagship hosting an immersive experience from 15-28 May in a pop-up space. It will then roll out to additional distribution points from September.
