National Bojangles fan favorite returns to menu for a limited time. Here's what to know A fan-favorite biscuit is back at Bojangles, though it won't stick around. The Bo-Berry sausage biscuit is available for a limited time at participating Bojangles restaurants nationwide, according to the Charlotte-based chicken chain. The breakfast sandwich, made with country-style sausage on a Bo-Berry biscuit topped with icing, returned to menus in time for Bojangles to launch its first-ever National Bo-Berry Week. 'Bo-Berry Biscuits have always been an iconic part of the Bojangles experience,' Tom Boland, chief marketing officer at Bojangles, said in a news release. 'National Bo-Berry Week is our way of celebrating that deep-rooted fan love — not just with the classic biscuit, but by bringing its flavor and spirit to exciting new menu items.' From May 5 to May9, customers can celebrate 'all things Bo-Berry,' including the return of its Bo-Berry cookie. The sugar cookie loaded with dried blueberries, also called 'Bo-berries,' was introduced last year. Pricing information wasn't immediately available. Bojangles is best known for its fried chicken, though its buttermilk biscuits remain a favorite among fans. Its latest iteration, a strawberry cobbler, joined the restaurant's lineup of seasonal desserts in late March, McClatchy News reported. 'Our new Strawberry Cobbler takes everything our fans love about Bojangles biscuits and tops it off with a fun, strawberry twist,' Marshall Scarborough, vice president of culinary innovation at Bojangles, said at the time. The Bo-Berry sausage biscuit and Bo-Berry cookies are available for a limited time, though the fast-food chain didn't say for how long. Find your nearest Bojangles here.
