Alpine Inn in McDowell County goes mobile with Two Guys and a Taco food truck
MCDOWELL COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — This week's Food Truck Friday takes us to McDowell County where Chris Weaver and Bob Buckley are checking in at the Alpine Inn in Little Switzerland.
Bob and Chris have been following the story of how Carter Francois is working day and night after a huge chunk of his property fell off the side of the mountain during Hurricane Helene back in the fall.
Well, the inn's kitchen and dining room was lost to the storm so Carter and his business partner Steve have brought their food truck to the inn.
