Blessed with entrepreneurial drive, a strong work ethic and a canny knack for making TikTok recipes his own, Arklow student Bobby Sherwood is a baker on the rise. Fresh off a TV appearance in the final of a national baking competition and with his bespoke cake business booming, the plucky 14-year-old is out to cultivate a cupcake empire and show his community that 'Bobby Bakes It Better'.
After being bitten by the baking bug while helping his aunt in her kitchen, Arklow CBS pupil Bobby has embarked on a culinary journey, spending long hours experimenting with ingredients, before finding his speciality, cupcakes, and measuring, whipping, and frosting up a storm.
