Terry Dubrow Says Kylie Jenner Should ‘Caution' Against Plastic Surgery at Young Age After She Reveals Boob Job Details
Kylie Jenner recently revealed her exact order for her boob job, including the doctor who achieved the look Botched star and plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow said Jenner should be cautioning others about getting breast augmentations at an early age He warned that people should take plastic surgery more seriously and understand the risksDr. Terry Dubrow is sending out a warning about those who are considering plastic surgery at a young age. On Wednesday, June 4, the Botched star, 65, spoke to TMZ about Kylie Jenner revealing on social media her exact order to achieve the look she wanted for her breasts. 'I'm very happy that she's admitting to having that done, but I think a year ago she said she regretted it. And then her friend [Stassie Karanikolaou] said she regretted it too,' Dubrow told the outlet. 'So the message you're giving out…I think she should say it's great, but I think it's important that she caution people.' 'She had it at age 19. Age 19 is not cool to have a breast augmentation, right? It's pretty young,' the famed plastic surgeon said. 'So when someone like Kylie can really move the needle like that, I think she sort of admits to having procedure done, it's better to admit it and say, you know, maybe I shouldn't have done it so early. Because when Kylie admits to it, everyone's gonna go ahead and get it.' Dubrow then explained that plastic surgery is just as serious as any other surgery, encouraging people to do their research. 'It's important to evaluate whether it's appropriate for you, evaluate the risks, make sure it's something you really want to do and understand what the complications are associated with it,' he stressed. 'Be very careful with plastic surgery because it's really serious.' On June 3, Jenner, 27, responded to a fan who asked her on TikTok what she requested when she had her 'boobs done.' The Kylie Cosmetics founder answered in the comments, writing, '445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!' She even shared who her doctor was — Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Garth Fisher — and concluded her comment saying, 'Hope this helps lol.' The reality star had been fairly private about her breast augmentation until, on an episode of The Kardashians in 2023, she revealed she had gotten her "breasts done" prior to welcoming her daughter Stormi, 7, with ex Travis Scott. She said, per W Magazine, 'I got my breasts done before Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. Like, they were still healing.' However, she also expressed regret at the time for going under the knife, saying, 'I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.' Jenner also shared that she wanted to be "the best mom and best example for' for Stormi: 'I wish I could be her and do it all differently because I wouldn't touch anything.' Prior to this confession, Jenner denied fan speculation that she had a breast augmentation, having chalked up the appearance of her bigger bust due to her period or the Bombshell by Victoria's Secret bra line. The World's 12 Richest Plastic Surgeons—And Why Only 14% Are Women
According to a new ranking by Europe Surgery, the world's top 12 richest plastic surgeons have a combined net worth of $408.7 million. But behind the glitz and glamour of their success lies a stark gender divide—86% of these high-earning surgeons are men, leaving women significantly under-represented at just 14%. And yet, the majority of plastic surgery patients are women. At the top of the list is Dr. Leonard 'Lenny' Hochstein, Miami's self-proclaimed 'Boob God', boasting an empire worth $90 million. Not far behind is Dr. Gabriel Chiu, a Beverly Hills surgeon with royal Chinese lineage valued at $80 million. And, of course, Dr. Terry Dubrow, the beloved star of E!'s hit show Botched, secures the third spot with $70 million in the bank. Photo by philippe spitalier on Unsplash So why, in an industry that profits largely from female patients, do women remain on the financial sidelines? 'Historically, plastic surgery has been a male-dominated field, and societal norms continue to favour men in pay and opportunities,' explains Dr. Nawall Matar, a plastic surgeon at Europe Surgery. 'But change is happening. Women bring a unique perspective and empathy to a profession where most patients are women. As more doors open, we'll see plenty of women rising to the top.' 'Women and men from Edinburgh have been flying to Wroclaw in Poland with direct flights with Ryanair to visit our cosmetic surgery clinic.' Indeed, trailblazers like Dr. Maria Z. Siemionow, a face transplant pioneer, and Dr. Cat Begovic, a social media sensation with over 1 million Instagram followers, are proving that women are carving their space in the industry. Yet, obstacles remain. 'Barriers still exist, like the 'career vs. family' dilemma, which slows progress for many women,' adds Dr. Matar. 'I was fortunate to have strong mentors, but not everyone gets that support. To truly level the playing field, we need more role models, mentorship, and equal opportunities.' Dr Adam Kalecinski who works at Europe surgery states that just because someone earns a lot of money does not mean they are more qualified or even more experienced surgeons. Cosmetic Surgery does not have to be expensive to be good quality. Meet the 12 Richest Plastic Surgeons Shaping the Industry Today. 1. Dr. Leonard 'Lenny' Hochstein—$90 Million Miami's self-proclaimed 'Boob God' sits at the top of the list. With over 27,000 breast surgeries performed in his 20-year career, Hochstein has turned his expertise in cosmetic surgery into a $90 million empire. Born in Moscow, Russia, and now dominating Miami's elite plastic surgery scene, Hochstein's rise to fame includes a $52 million Star Island mansion, which became a central feature on The Real Housewives of Miami. 2. Dr. Gabriel Chiu—$80 million Not only is Dr. Gabriel Chiu a Beverly Hills plastic surgery genius, but he's also literal royalty—a descendant of China's Song dynasty emperors. Talk about noble hands at work! A star of Netflix's Bling Empire, Dr. Chiu is the go-to surgeon for Hollywood's elite, turning A-listers' cosmetic dreams into reality. But he's not just about nips and tucks—Dr. Chiu and his wife, Christine, give away 50% of their income to charities like The Prince's Foundation and The Ghetto Film School. Who knew reconstructing faces could reconstruct lives too? 3. Dr. Terry Dubrow—$70 Million Dr. Terry Dubrow isn't just a surgeon—he's the fixer of Hollywood's most 'oops' moments. As the star of Botched, he's built a reputation as the guy to call when your nip-and-tuck turns into a 'what have I done?' moment. But Dubrow isn't just saving faces; he's making bank. Alongside his wife Heather, the pair sold their Orange County mansion for a jaw-dropping sum, proving that his real estate game is just as flawless as his surgical skills. Dubrow? More like Doctor Double Threat. 4. Dr. Paul Nassif—$40 Million The man behind Hollywood's most enviable noses, Dr. Paul Nassif, aka the 'Face Whisperer,' is a maestro of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Whether it's anti-ageing magic or crafting the perfect rhinoplasty, Dr. Nassif has become the go-to surgeon for Tinseltown's elite. As co-star of Botched, Dr. Nassif isn't just about making people look good—he's about fixing what others couldn't. Add to that his QVC-famous skincare line, and you've got a guy who's turning faces (and profits) into gold. Ethical, artistic, and outrageously successful, Dr. Nassif has truly carved his way to the top. 5. Dr. Brent Moelleken—$20 Million Beverly Hills' very own makeover magician, Dr. Brent Moelleken, didn't just raise the bar in aesthetic surgery—he invented it. Creator of the 'Hybrid Tummy Tuck' and 'LiveFill', he's redefined the art of looking flawless. But Dr. Moelleken doesn't stop at scalpel magic—he's also a reality TV darling, gracing screens on Extreme Makeover and The Doctors. From the operating room to the living room, he sure knows how to keep everyone watching—and wishing for his touch! 6. Dr. Chris Moss—$20M Known as Australia's 'King of Facial Rejuvenation,' Dr. Chris Moss has spent two decades helping celebrities, CEOs, and even politicians cheat the clock. But he's not just making faces younger—he teaches Hollywood surgeons how to up their game and runs a skincare empire that has fans scrambling. His products sell out so fast, they make Taylor Swift tickets look easy to get. 7. Dr. Robert Rey—$20M Dr. Robert Rey isn't just a Harvard-trained plastic surgeon; he's a reality TV icon, martial artist, and the creator of the 'red carpet breast lift' (yes, that's a thing—because regular cleavage just doesn't cut it on the red carpet). Best known as the star of Dr. 90210, this Brazilian-born surgeon has spent over 20 years perfecting the art of making A-listers and royalty red-carpet-ready. But Rey's journey is nothing short of blockbuster material. Growing up in São Paulo's favelas, he fought his way to the top, carving out a $20 million fortune along the way. His life is so over-the-top, it's practically begging for a Netflix special. 8. Dr. Kevin Sands—$20M If teeth could talk, they'd sing praises for Dr. Kevin Sands, Hollywood's go-to guy for A-list smiles. The Kardashians, Justin Bieber, Emma Stone—you name them, Dr. Sands has made teeth his business—and business is booming. He once pulled off a dental miracle, creating custom veneers overnight for a superstar whose teeth were damaged just hours before a red carpet event. That's right—emergency dental glamour at its finest. It's no wonder he's earned the nickname 'Hollywood's Smile Savior.' 9. Dr. Maria Z. Siemionow—$14M At 74, Dr. Maria Z. Siemionow isn't just a surgeon—she's a living legend. This Polish-American powerhouse made history by leading one of the world's first near-total face transplants, earning her a permanent spot in the medical hall of fame, the Smithsonian too. Hailed as one of the most significant surgical breakthroughs of the 21st century, her work has literally changed faces—and lives. 10. Dr. Michael Obeng—$8M Ghanaian-American superstar surgeon Dr. Michael Obeng is not just slicing through the cosmetic world—he's carving out a legacy. With an $8 million empire and a reputation as the 'Surgeon to the Stars,' Dr. Obeng's luxury-meets-precision approach has Hollywood buzzing. But it was a viral, jaw-dropping case that shot him to global fame—removing industrial-strength glue from a patient's scalp. Talk about turning a sticky situation into a win! 11. Dr. Cat Begovic—$5M At just 42 years old, Dr. Cat Begovic isn't your average cosmetic surgeon—she's a Harvard-educated powerhouse with over 1 million Instagram followers and a $5 million fortune to her name. Known for her 'natural tummy tuck' technique that leaves barely-there scars, Dr. Cat has attracted clients from all corners of the globe. But she doesn't stop at the operating room. Dr. Cat has seamlessly blended her medical expertise with her passion for beauty, launching her own skincare line and becoming a go-to influencer for all things aesthetics. 12. Dr. Jason Diamond —$4M With a $4 million fortune, Dr. Jason Diamond has become the secret weapon behind those 'they woke up like this' celebrity looks. Known for his Diamond Facial Sculpting technique—so exclusive it has a six-month waitlist—his work is often called camera magic, making stars flawless in HD and 4K. You've seen his handiwork on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and his client list spans the globe, with VIPs jetting in from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Dating expert reveals the six ‘innocent' questions that are guaranteed to get you ghosted
Say this on a first date — and you might be dumped before dessert. Between choosing the perfect outfit, finding the least creepy stranger from an app, and praying that they look like their profile pic, dating is hard enough. But appearance is only half the battle. According to sex and relationship expert Alexa Johnston, some seemingly innocent questions are actually kiss-of-death conversation starters. Her advice? Skip the overshares, trauma dumps, and 'What are we?' interrogations — at least until you get your appetizer. 'First dates are already nerve-wracking enough without accidentally stepping on conversational landmines,' she told The Sun. 'What people frequently don't realize is that certain questions, no matter how innocent they might seem to you, can instantly send your date running for the exit.' Here are the six questions that'll get you ghosted faster than you can say 'check, please.' While you may not expect it, this question is the ultimate backhanded compliment disguised. Ask this, and you're basically asking, 'So… what's wrong with you?' 'This question immediately puts your date on the defensive,' Johnston said. 'It suggests they need to justify their relationship status, as if being single is a problem that needs explaining,' adding that some people might feel like they're under interrogation which will throw off the whole date. Instead, keep it light. Ask what they're into — their hobbies, passions, favorite podcasts and movies — and try to avoid the emotional baggage until at least date two. Unless you're their dermatologist or the casting team for 'Botched,' don't ask this. You might be wondering if your date has had a little nip and tuck, but your curiosity will kill your chances at a second date. 'This question puts your date in an awkward position where they either have to admit to cosmetic procedures or feel like you're scrutinizing their appearance for 'flaws,'' Johnston explained. 'Either way, it makes them self-conscious at a time when you should be helping them feel comfortable and appreciated.' Even if you think it's a compliment, asking about appearance will put your date on the defensive and probably offend them as well. Instead, offer a kind word about their appearance: 'You look great tonight' will do just fine. Unless you're on a date with their W-2, this question (and any others about their finances) is guaranteed to give your date the ick. Bringing up someone's bank account before you know their middle name is a one-way ticket to left on read. It screams gold digger. It's not just nosy, it's tacky. 'Asking about someone's salary on a first date suggests you're evaluating them based on their financial worth rather than their personality,' Johnson said. 'It creates immediate discomfort and signals that you might be more interested in their bank account than who they are as a person.' Instead of snooping on your beau's salary, ask what they enjoy about their job or their field. Passion's way hotter than a paycheck, and less likely to get you blocked. Nothing will ruin the mood faster than bringing up an ex on the first date, especially if there's a comparison involved. It's awkward and practically begging for a side-by-side comparison you do not want. 'This question is a triple threat — it shows insecurity, forces them to think about their ex during your date, and puts them in an impossible position. There's literally no good answer to this question,' Johnston said. 'Say yes, and they're speaking ill of someone they once cared about. Say no, and they've just insulted you.' Instead of digging through their romantic past, keep the conversation in the now or their goals for the future. Focus on you and them and don't make their ex your first date's third wheel. Even if you're dying to know, asking someone's sexual history right out of the gate screams that you're judgmental, insecure, and frankly, a creep. 'This question immediately changes the tone from getting to know someone to scrutinizing their past,' Johnston said. 'It creates discomfort and suggests you'll be judging them based on their answer. It can make people feel reduced to a number rather than seen as a complex individual.' Skip the body count talk and focus on what will actually build a spark: your mutual interests and shared values — not an interrogation. Yes, this is an important conversation… eventually. But busting out the baby talk on before you finish your entree? That's how you turn flirty into fleeing. Save the family planning for when you've actually planned a second or even a third date. There's no use in discussing parenthood when you aren't even dating this person yet. For now, stick to fun, flirty questions. 'This question signals you're mentally fast-forwarding through dating straight to serious commitment,' she said. 'It creates immense pressure and can make your date feel like they're being interviewed for a parenting position rather than getting to know you naturally.'

Brandi Glanville rushed to hospital amid health issues after being unable to move her head and neck
Real Housewives alum Brandi Glanville was rushed to the hospital after being unable to move her head and neck earlier this week. Glanville is currently in the midst of an unknown health condition, which has led to facial disfigurement. The 52-year-old told her followers about the latest incident on X on Tuesday, writing, 'My head and neck would not move for four hours this morning. I could not get out of my bed. 'I called 911, had a lovely trip in the ambulance. Now I am at this amazing place after sitting in a wheelchair in the waiting room for four hours.' Glanville, who has been battling health issues for years now, followed up her original post with a picture of an IV in her arm and a snapshot of her hospital bill. 'I hate this place but should be another fun ambulance bill,' she wrote in the caption. On Thursday, she confirmed she was discharged from the hospital. She said: 'Hey kitty kats fresh off yesterdays ER VISIT Ive decided to go live on IG with my future daughter in law & fellow Irishman Sarah D on IG live tonight at 6:30 p.m. to talk about our eBay shop.' Glanville's hospital visit comes a year after the on-screen star revealed she'd spent $70,000 trying to treat what doctors initially thought was a parasite in her face that led to severe disfigurement. At the time, she told Entertainment Tonight: 'Honestly, I have so many doctors and I've had so many tests. I did lab work for $10,000. They ran every test under the sun. They're like, 'It could be a parasite that's new.' 'I've been on meds this whole year. I don't socialize,' she said. 'I don't go out and I'm just spending all of my money on trying to figure out what's wrong with me.' In January, Glanville said she tapped Botched co-host Dr. Terry Dubrow to help determine the cause of her condition after her other doctors were unsuccessful. Dr. Dubrow took four 'tiny biopsies' from her face and her neck, which led him to believe the disfigurement was caused by 'an infectious process or a foreign body reaction to something she's had injected.' He told TMZ: 'There are these two kinds of microorganisms, one's called a Microbacterium and the other is called a fungus, and they can be very difficult to treat and could take six to 12 months of antibiotics to treat. 'Every minute the microorganism is allowed to stay in her skin and do potential damage she could suffer worse for it,' he continued. 'It could be more difficult to treat and she could form more scars and more nodules.' Even with Dr. Dubrow's diagnosis, Glanville's condition worsened. In March, she told her followers her face was 'worse than ever.' She took to X over the weekend to share how her facial lumps have been excreting liquid that is oozing down to her teeth. 'I have painful lumps ... in jaw bone area on side of neck & in back of neck. I have chills & constant oily fowl [sic] tasting drainage from face into mouth it's acidic & is eating away at my teeth plus all of my lymph nodes in head & neck are swollen,' she wrote. She also wrote: 'I've been faking it. I'm f***ing miserable. My face is worse than ever. It's literally melted away.' Glanville added: 'When drs at cedars put me on IV antibiotics & fungal medication I was getting better I looked normal but I couldn't afford to stay on them. I was forced to see drs outside my insurance because the drs at Kaiser had no clue. I need my life to change. That is my real life health update.'
