Arab League Launches Boutros Boutros-Ghali Award for Diplomacy, Peace, Development

Mohamed Mandour The League of Arab States launched the Boutros Boutros-Ghali Award for "Diplomacy, Peace, and Development" during an official ceremony held at the organization's headquarters in Cairo. Ambassador Ahmed Rashid Khattabi, Assistant Secretary-General and Head of the Media and Communication Sector, delivered the keynote address on behalf of Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul Gheit.
