Moment punter punches bouncer to the ground at London Boxpark before being wrestled to the ground by security
This is the shocking moment a punter was caught on camera punching a bouncer to the ground at Boxpark in London before security wrestled him to the ground. The incident happened on the evening of May 12 at Boxpark's Camden location. Footage shows a bouncer brawling with two angry revellers before one punches him in the face, knocking him to the ground. A huge scuffle erupted with more people joining before security quickly intervened and attempted to pull the punter off of the floored bouncer. The man in the green, who threw the punch, pinned the guard to the ground whilst the others tried to break them apart. A crowd gathered outside the popular food and drink spot as bouncers and members of the public spent over a minute trying to separate the two men on the ground. The floored security guard eventually managed to break free from the man before being ushered away. The punter was then held still on the ground by security as the situation de-escalated. People who saw the footage on social media rushed to the comments to leave their input. One wrote said: 'Best thing for them bouncers'. 'Cheap kick at the end, why?' another added. A third said: 'Just another night in Camden,' whilst another joked: 'It did say box park.'
