The DA states that Clark was charged with the offense after Towanda Borough Police investigated a report stating that he had broken into the home of a family member in Towanda and stole beer.
Through the treatment court program, Clark will be expected to attend court weekly, undergo random drug and alcohol testing, wear an electronic monitor to notify probation personnel of his whereabouts and attend drug and alcohol counseling and regular AA meetings.
If Clark fails to follow through with the terms of the treatment program or his probation, his sentence could be revoked and he could face a harsher sentence, including serving time in state prison.
