Bradford Health Services discloses data breach
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Bradford Health Services is warning current and former employees and patients that their personal information may have been impacted by a data breach.
The breach was initially detected back in December 2023. An investigation into the breach, which concluded on May 15, 2025, determined personal and protected health information could have been accessed during the breach.

Information that may have been accessed includes the following: names, driver's license numbers, dates of birth, medical information, health insurance information, financial account numbers, passport numbers, payment card numbers plus a means of access to the account, and/or Social Security numbers.
However, Bradford Health, in a news release, stated there is no evidence any information has been misused.
