Valentine's day at competitive Jumeirah Golf Estates OMA Emirates June Medalford
Bradley Valentine rose to the occasion on Saturday, 7th June 2025, capturing the June edition of the OMA Emirates Medalford at Jumeirah Golf Estates with a composed five-under-par round of net 67. Claiming victory on a back-nine countback, Valentine edged out a strong field of 84 players to earn the top honour on the Fire course.
'I struck the ball well today and felt in control throughout the round,' said Valentine. 'The Fire course was in fantastic shape, and I'm really proud of my score of seven net birdies and a net eagle certainly helped!'
Valentine's triumph headlined a day of top-tier competition, as Jumeirah Golf Estates hosted its monthly tournament in partnership with Unique Holding. Ideal early-summer conditions and the pristine quality of the Fire course - thanks to the outstanding work of the Agronomy team - set the stage for strong performances across all divisions.
Cameron McWhinnie, Assistant Golf Services Manager, praised the collaborative effort behind the event: 'We're very thankful to OMA Emirates and Unique Holding for their ongoing support of these events. Most importantly, our gratitude goes to the members—your enthusiasm and involvement make these tournaments truly enjoyable for all.'
