Globalbees CEO Nitin Agarwal resigns; Anuj Jain takes over
New Delhi: Nitin Agarwal has stepped down as chief executive officer and director of
Globalbees Brands Pvt Ltd
, a subsidiary of
Brainbees Solutions Ltd
(parent of
FirstCry
), effective April 24, 2025, citing personal reasons. He also ceased to be part of the company's senior management. Agarwal will continue to assist with the transition process until May 23, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
Anuj Jain, currently chief business officer for FirstCry's pre-school segment and SVP – marketing at Brainbees, has been appointed as the new CEO of Globalbees Brands and inducted as senior management personnel from April 25, 2025.
Jain has been with the company since 2012 and brings over 23 years of experience, having previously worked with ITC and L'Oréal. He holds a PGDM from IIM Lucknow and is a graduate of BIT Mesra.
The change in leadership was disclosed under SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
