18-year-old Green Bay woman arrested as fifth suspect in August 2024 Berner Street shooting
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – An 18-year-old Green Bay woman was arrested recently amidst the ongoing investigation into an August shooting in the 1200 block of Berner Street. According to the Green Bay Police Department, Rosemary Williams was arrested on March 25 stemming from her alleged involvement in the August 7, 2024, death of Brandon Ramirez. Green Lake kayaker who allegedly faked death & fled country not in court for status hearing Williams is now the fifth person who is facing charges stemming from this shooting incident, as she was charged on Tuesday with Felony Murder as a party to a crime, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and obstructing an officer.
