Child killed in side-by-side rollover near Yorkton
A child is dead following a side-by-side rollover on a grid road near Yorkton, Sask. on Tuesday night.
RCMP responded to a report of the rollover in a rural area west of Bredenbury around 8:20 p.m., according to a release.
EMS, the Bredenbury Fire Department, and STARS assisted officers at the scene.
A boy under the age of 10, who police said was the operator and only person in the vehicle, was declared dead at the scene, his family has been notified, RCMP added.
Bredenbury, Sask. is located about 44 kilometres southeast of Yorkton.
