Mystic Seaport hosts naturalization ceremony for new U.S. citizens
MYSTIC, Conn. (WTNH) — A special session of the U.S. District Court was opened at the Mystic Seaport Museum on Friday morning for a naturalization ceremony.
There were 48 applicants from 30 countries, including Haiti, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Colombia. Now they all can call this country their own.

They may have different backgrounds and heritages but they now share the same United States citizenship.
Brianna Cieza-Boza came to America from Peru when she was two.
'All my family's there. My, oh sorry, my great, great grandparents like all my family's there and I'm just so glad to be here,' Cieza-Boza said. 'Sorry. But yes I'm so thankful to be part of this country.'
