One car pulled out of Brick Pond following two car crash
ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) — One car was seen being pulled out of a pond in Elmira following a two-car crash on Sunday afternoon.
According to an 18 News reporter at the scene, the Elmira Police Department (EPD) said on Sunday, May 18, two cars were involved in a crash at Brick Pond. Brick Pond is located at Brick Pond Park, more specifically, 1015 Sullivan St. in the City of Elmira.
The reporter at the scene saw one of the cars getting pulled out of the pond and loaded onto a pick-up truck. The car being pulled from the pond appeared to have sustained front and rear damage.
EPD said this incident is under investigation. 18 News will update this story as more information becomes available.
