2 arrested after 2 teen boys seriously hurt in stabbing at Bluffers Park: Toronto police
Social Sharing Two people have been arrested after a stabbing that left two teen boys seriously injured in Bluffers Park in Scarborough on Friday evening, Toronto police say. Toronto police said in a post on X that the two injured have been taken to hospital but their injuries are considered non-life-threatening. Officers were called to the park shortly after 7:30 p.m. The park is at the foot of Brimley Road. One suspect is outstanding. The investigation is continuing, police added. Anyone with information is urged to call police.

1 dead after house fire in Scarborough, police say
A person is dead after a house fire in Scarborough on Friday morning, Toronto police said. Officers and Toronto fire crews responded to the area near Brimley Road and Anson Avenue around 7:30 a.m., police said in a post on X, formerly Twitter. One person was found dead inside the house, police said. The fire has been put out. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
