Tim Tebow speaks at Tri-Cities Community Prayer Breakfast
KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — More than 1,700 people attended the Tri-Cities Community Prayer Breakfast on Monday.
Former professional football player Tim Tebow was the keynote speaker for the event.
'The impression of the world that we live in is that the church is very divided and is not the place where people want to go for help, and we want to change that,' Tri-Cities Community Prayer Breakfast Board of Directors Chairman Tom King said.

The event originally started in 1998 as the Bristol Community Prayer Breakfast.
'It's about people coming together to celebrate Jesus Christ, breaking down the walls that separate us, lifting Jesus up only,' King said.
