BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (FOX 9) - A Brooklyn Park teen is missing after police say she left early Monday morning to see her boyfriend, according to an alert from the Minnesota BCA. What we know Police issued an alert early Monday morning for 19-year-old Elizabeth Marie Burton. Burton was last seen leaving her home along Pearson Parkway near Norwood Park shortly after midnight. The backstory Police say she told other people in her home that she was going out to meet her boyfriend. However, but no one saw a vehicle or the boyfriend. Brooklyn Park police asks public for help in locating missing vulnerable woman
The Brooklyn Park police is asking the public for assistance in locating a missing vulnerable 27-year-old woman. Brooklyn Park Police Department According to a report from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Quincy Dawn Grant was last seen on Saturday, leaving her group home near Scott Avenue North in Brooklyn Park at approximately 5:45 p.m. Grant is reported to have been wearing a gray tank top, tye-dye sweatshorts and black shoes. Police say the last confirmed sighting of Grant is at the Family Dollar near Brookdale Drive and Yates in Brooklyn Park at approximately 6:30 p.m. Grant is considered a vulnerable adult without her medication and there is concern for her mental health, officials say. If you have seen Grant or have any information about her whereabouts, police urge you to contact the Brooklyn Park Police Department at (763)-493-8222. If you or someone you know is in emotional distress, get help from the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988. Trained crisis counselors are available 24 hours a day to talk about anything. In addition, help is available from the National Alliance on Mental Illness, or NAMI. There are more than 600 local NAMI organizations and affiliates across the country, many of which offer free support and education programs.

Brooklyn Park police in search for vehicle that fled crash Saturday morning

Police say that at approximately 3:45 a.m. an officer saw two vehicles driving recklessly, apparently drag racing, in the area of Zane Avenue North and Oak Grove Parkway. The officer tried to initiate a traffic stop when one of the vehicles fled the scene. According to the Brooklyn Park Police Department, the officer tried to catch up to vehicle, driving westbound on Oak Grove Parkway. That's when the vehicle crashed into another vehicle on Oak Grove Parkway at 96th Lane. The driver of the fleeing vehicle fled on foot and has not been located yet, said police. Officials say the driver of the other vehicle was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. An investigation is ongoing.

Brooklyn Park police need help finding missing 36-year-old man
The Brooklyn Park Police Department in Minnesota are asking for help in finding a missing man. Dominique Jones, a 36-year-old man, was last seen on Tuesday evening. Police say they are not sure if he left on foot or in a car. They are also not sure what he was wearing at the time. Jones is described as a 5'11 black man with brown eyes and black hair. Police say that Jones has health concerns. Police are worried about his safety.
