Emergency crews respond to reported explosion in Youngstown
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Youngstown arson investigators and members of the Youngstown Police Department's Bomb Squad are trying to determine what set off an explosion overnight that heavily damaged a car on the city's West News was told that the owner of a car told authorities he heard a loud 'boom' early Tuesday morning but could not provide a more specific after 9 a.m., the fire department was called to the 600 block of North Hartford Avenue and found the late-model Buick Invision with damage to the back right corner of the vehicle and debris strewn into the street and neighboring one was hurt, and at this point, the case is still under investigation.
