Serving authentic Indian cuisine for nearly 30 years, Chingari now boasts a vibrant new look, an exciting new menu, and enhanced guest experience. Chingari, which means 'spark' in Hindi, has been transformed into a more vibrant and welcoming space. Inspired by the richness of the Indian culture and its bold, aromatic spices, the new interior features a blend of traditional charm with modern elegance. Warm tones and soft mood lighting creates a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, offering an inviting space to enjoy an unforgettable dining experience – all while being serenaded by the soulful charm of the live ghazal singers, a signature feature and longtime guest favourite. A new, stylish bar greets the guests upon entry, setting the tone for an evening of indulgence and charm. In line with Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha's commitment to sustainability and modern convenience, Chingari now offers a fully digital menu. Featuring traditional favourites and innovative flavours, guests can enjoy appetizers such as Sunheri Jhinga, Murgh Malai Kebab, Bukani Kebab, Barrah Chaaps, alongside best-selling curries and mains like Dal Makhani, Murgh Tikka Makhani, Anjeri Gosht, and Madras Fish Curry. Vegetarian options include Kadai Paneer, Palak Aap Ki Pasand, and Gobhi Hara Pyaz. No Indian dining experience is complete without biryani and rotti, both available alongside a selection of your classic Indian desserts, including Malai Pista Kulfi and Shahi Tukda.
