Bullish Global, the cryptoasset exchange whose backers include billionaire Peter Thiel, has filed for a US initial public offering, the Financial Times reported.
The startup filed confidential documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission in recent weeks to kickstart the process, the FT reported, citing unidentified sources.
