CATRION renews KKIA building lease for SAR 178M

CATRION Catering Holding Co. (CATRION) announced on March 5 the renewal of a lease with Riyadh Airports Co. for SAR 178.2 million, according to a statement to Tadawul. The agreement covers the entire lease term, in addition to a specified percentage of total sales related to the services provided at the leased premises. The contract has a duration of 10 years and the agreement entails leasing a building that houses the central kitchen. The purpose is to provide its services and operations at King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) in Riyadh, CATRION said in a statement to Tadawul.
