NovaGPU to make AI accessible for Malaysian SMEs
KUALA LUMPUR: Artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer just a concept of the future—it's actively reshaping how industries operate, compete, and grow.

The company highlighted two practical, low-barrier applications to help SMEs begin their AI journey.
The first is WhatsApp Chatbots That Never Sleep. With NovaGPU, SMEs can deploy intelligent chatbots that run on WhatsApp, a platform already widely used across Malaysia. These bots can handle customer enquiries, provide product recommendations, share pricing, and even help close sales.
Next is Auto-Read Invoices, where AI can automatically read invoices from emails, extract critical information (invoice number, amount, supplier name), and input it into accounting systems, cutting down hours of manual data entry.
