A former movie theater in downtown Orlando may see an opportunity for new life in another form. The CMX Plaza Cinema Cafe 12 at 155 S. Orange Ave. has been closed since late February or early March, according to a recorded movie schedule for the theater. Escalators and stairways to the theater are blocked.
