CHICAGO (WGN) — Authorities in Chicago are sharing details on the search for an endangered adult who officers say went missing after leaving a hospital in Lakeview late last year. According to police, 46-year-old Lisa Hwang has been missing since Dec. 21, 2024. Officers said Hwang was last seen at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, in the 800 block of West Wellington Avenue, on that day as she prepared to head to her residence in the 3000 block of North Sawyer Avenue in Avondale. Hwang, who stands 5-foot-3 and weighs around 140 pounds, has black and grey hair and brown eyes. Authorities provided details about the missing woman's disappearance in a news release sent out on Tuesday afternoon but did not provide details on what she was last seen wearing. CHICAGO — Authorities in Chicago are asking for help in the search for an endangered missing teen girl who officers said has not been contacted for nearly three weeks. According to Chicago police, 16-year-old Solangie Meneses has been missing since Thursday, Feb. 6, and she has not been contacted since. Meneses was last seen near the 6400 block of West Berteau Avenue in Dunning on the city's Northwest Side. The missing teen, who has red hair and brown eyes, stands 5-foot-3 and weighs around 110 pounds.
