PolyNovo CEO Resigns After Reports of Board Tensions
PolyNovo Ltd. Chief Executive Officer Swami Raote resigned, effective immediately, after turmoil sparked by media reports of tension between the board and senior management.
Board member and former CSL Ltd. executive Robyn Elliott will serve as acting CEO until a permanent replacement can be found, the Melbourne-based medical technology company said in a statement Tuesday. Raote, who is based in the US, will stay at the firm until June 10 to assist Elliott with the transition, the statement said.
