Million-dollar lottery ticket sold in Franklin County
ERVING, Mass. (WWLP) – Someone who purchased a lottery ticket from a convenience store in Erving hit the jackpot with a $1 million prize!
CST Nominee Trust of Greenfield has claimed a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery's '$4,000,000 Gold 50X' instant ticket game on Tuesday. The trust chose the cash option for its prize on behalf of the winner, receiving a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes).

The ticket was purchased at King Mart on Weatherheads Convenience Store at 63 French King Hwy in Erving. The retailer will get a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
The '$4,000,000 Gold 50X' is a $10 Massachusetts lottery scratch ticket. There are two $4 million tickets out there and seven $3 million tickets remaining.
