New Milford Youtuber arrested in connection to street takeovers, police say
NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — New Haven police identified the owner of a social media account connected to street takeovers in the city and arrested him on Thursday.
Police say 35-year-old Arturo Hernandez of New Milford is the owner of 'CTSTREETS203,' a Youtube account that posted street races and street takeovers for many months.

A warrant for for Hernandez's arrest was issued in relation to the videos and his alleged role in organizing the events.
Hernandez was arrested on Thursday and charged with inciting to riot.
