Immersive art experience coming to Festival Hall this summer

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – An immersive art show is coming to Festival Hall this summer. Beyond Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience and Beyond Monet: The Immersive Experience will arrive at the downtown event venue starting July 11, backed by Paquin Entertainment Group. Visitors can buy tickets for the individual shows or a combo ticket that includes admission to both. 'Through cutting-edge technology, these immersive experiences are redefining what art means to people,' says Paquin Entertainment Group's President of Exhibitions and Theatrical, Justin Paquin. 'It has elevated artwork to the next level, allowing audiences to develop deeper connections with notable masterpieces that were just not possible in previous years.' The Van Gogh show will showcase famous pieces, including 'The Starry Night,' 'Sunflowers,' and 'Café Terrace at Night,' projected onto walls while a symphonic score, along with van Gogh's own words, plays in the background. For the Claude Monet experience, visitors will explore more than 400 of his pieces, including the 'Water Lilies' series and 'Impression: Sunrise.'
