Oklahoma Highway Patrol increases Stillwater patrol with Calf Fry in town
STILLWATER, Okla. (KFOR) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) is reminding those attending the Calf Fry in Stillwater to be responsible and not get behind the wheel while under the influence; Troopers are patrolling the area.
The annual country music festival, also known as Calf Fry, kicked things off in Stillwater on Thursday, May 1, and continues into the weekend, prompting OHP Troopers to keep an extra eye out in the area for impaired drivers.

Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol puts lives at risk — and can lead to arrest, serious injury, or worse. Plan ahead. Use a designated driver, rideshare, or another safe way to get home.

OHP says that for those who are under the age of 21, the legal limit is 0.02% Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC), which means any measurable amount of alcohol could result in a DUI.
Troopers are not patrolling to ruin the fun, but to prevent serious accidents from happening.
'Make smart choices and help keep Calf Fry safe for everyone,' says OHP.
