75-year-old dead in boating incident on Norris Lake
NORRIS LAKE, Tenn. (WATE) — A 75-year-old man died in a boating incident on Norris Lake Saturday, according to a spokesperson for the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
A man fell from a boat, briefly going under the water before being pulled up unresponsive, TWRA said. Bystanders initiated CPR, which emergency personnel continued. The man was taken to Campbell County Medical Center and was pronounced dead, according to the agency.

'This marks the eighth fatal boating incident investigated by TWRA officers so far this year,' a TWRA spokesperson wrote.
