After announcing their engagement last year, K-pop singer Ailee (에일리) and former 'Single's Inferno' contestant Choi Sihun (최시훈) have revealed that they will be tying the knot in 2025. Earlier this year, Ailee shared photos from their pre-wedding shoot, capturing the couple's love in both elegant wedding attire and relaxed, casual outfits.
The big day has finally arrived, as the couple held their wedding ceremony over the weekend, surrounded by close friends and family. The event has since gone viral, so let's take a closer look at what unfolded during the two stars' beautiful celebration.
On 20th April (Sunday), Ailee and Choi Sihun officially became husband and wife. The couple tied the knot in a grand ceremony held at a wedding hall in Gangnam, Seoul. The newlyweds and guests were treated to a special performance by singer Baek Ji-young, who sang 'Candy in My Ear' on stage, adding a lively and memorable touch to the celebration.
Throughout the day, the couple were seen in three different outfits, with Ailee naturally drawing the most attention. She first appeared in a white, floral-themed wedding gown during a photoshoot ahead of the ceremony, then changed into a more delicate lace-style dress for the exchange of vows. Later in the evening, during the reception, the singer captivated guests once again in a striking black dress, marking her third outfit change of the day. Her husband, of course, wore suits that complemented her 3 dresses.
During the reception, the couple were seen joyfully celebrating on stage with their wedding cake, dancing to Beyoncé's 'Love On Top'. Ailee then took the mic and began singing along to the track, playfully dedicating the lyrics to her visibly flustered husband.
