BCSO provides update on missing Vestal man
TOWN OF DICKINSON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – The investigation is continuing for a missing Vestal man.
69-year-old Adib 'Eddie' Rouhana was last seen at around noon on January 11 in the 1100 block of Upper Front Street in the Town of Chenango.
On Wednesday, the Broome County Sheriff's Office held a press conference updating the public on the investigation.
Sheriff Fred Akshar says police have obtained cell phone records that indicate Rouhana's phone was last updated at 6 p.m. on January 11 at his business, Car R Us. It was turned off shortly after and has not been used since.

Akshar says leads have slowed down however, he is confident somebody knows something or saw something that day and encourages individuals to come forward with information as soon as possible.
Rouhana's family was in attendance at the conference. Eddie's son Zane Rouhana pleaded for his father's return.
The family is offering a $20,000 reward to anyone with information that leads directly to Eddie Rouhana's whereabouts.
