HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc. (JBPCO), a privately held North American manufacturing leader serving the commercial vehicle and specialty manufacturing industries, today announced the acquisition of Demers Braun Crestline Medix (DBCM).
