Carlyle Seeks to Raise More Than $3 Billion for New Infrastructure Fund
Carlyle Group Inc. is seeking to raise more than $3 billion for its newest infrastructure fund, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
The firm has begun discussing the vehicle, known as Carlyle Global Infrastructure Opportunity Fund II, with prospective investors, said one of the people, all of whom asked not to be identified discussing confidential information.
