Article content The nine nominees listed in its management information circular (the ' Circular ') dated May 26, 2025 were elected as directors at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Rupert Resources (the ' Meeting '). Carol Plummer will now join the board of directors as a nominee for Agnico Eagle, one of the Company's largest shareholders. Carol is currently the Executive Vice President, Sustainability, People & Culture at Agnico Eagle, and has extensive operating experience, including in Finland, where she was previously the General Manager of Agnico Eagle's Kittilä mine. Carol was also recently appointed Chair of the Mining Association of Canada.
