Viral luggage brand Away is having a memorable summer. In addition to launching a Thailand-inspired collaboration with the hit TV series The White Lotus, the Travel + Leisure -tested brand has officially opened its Amazon storefront. It's not uncommon to spot at least one of Away's sleek suitcases while walking through the airport, and now the brand is expanding its reach. Amazon Prime members can take advantage of free and fast shipping on hardshell luggage, mini duffle bags, and more. When we tested Away's luggage, we found the suitcases to have smooth-rolling wheels and durable exteriors. The storefront will spotlight best-sellers and have curated travel gear based on the length of your trip. Keep scrolling to shop the statement-making luggage—including the carry-on that's flight attendant-approved. After the success of the brand's original carry-on, Away launched the Bigger Carry-on luggage that was made with overpackers in mind. It comes with a compression pad inside to help you pack up to seven days' worth of things, according to the brand. A flight attendant on TikTok said she's a fan of Away's carry-on and recommends it to people because she has the 'least issues' with fitting it in the overhead bin. In another viral TikTok, one frequent flier showed off the carry-on's roomy interior by seamlessly zipping up the bulging luggage. This duffle bag combines style with functional construction, so you can remain organized and look polished while navigating the airport. Inside is a main compartment with a separate pocket for laptops up to 16-inches, and slots for your water bottle, portable charger, sunglasses, and more. You can also slide the built-in slip over the handle of your carry-on when you need a free hand. I always pack this toiletry bag, even if it's just for a weekend trip. It has so many pockets, including two compartments inside, as well as an extra exterior pocket that I use for my jewelry. The soft shell easily fits into a backpack or carry-on without hassle. Get ready to 'add to cart' — Away luggage is now available on Amazon
When it comes to luggage, Away makes some of our favorite pieces to travel with — so much so that one of its carry-ons won an NBC Select Travel Award. Historically, the brand has only been available for purchase on its website. But starting today, you can find several bestselling pieces on Amazon. Though not every piece the brand makes is available on Amazon, a large selection of its offerings are there— including the Large Carry-on, Everywhere Duffle and more. Below, we've rounded up some of our favorite pieces from Away that can now be found on Amazon. Away luggage available on Amazon Away The Bigger Carry-On This carry-on earned a spot in our 2024 Travel Awards as the best overall hardshell suitcase for several reasons, like its ability to fit many things and how easy it is to navigate crowded airports. This model is slightly bigger than Away's standard carry-on, also available on Amazon. It comes with a TSA-approved lock with straps and buckles inside, which helps compress your clothing and keep everything secure. Away Medium Checked Luggage Larger than the carry-on bags, this checked suitcase has many of the same attributes, like an adjustable telescopic handle, smooth spinner wheels and inner buckles and belts that help compress items to help you fit as much as possible. ‘Carry-On' and ‘Squid Game' Season 2 Are Netflix's Most-Watched Movie and Show in Back Half of 2024
'Carry-On' and 'Squid Game' Season 2 were Netflix's most-watched movie and show, respectively, during the second half of 2024. Despite only debuting on Dec. 5, 'Carry-On' logged 137.3 million views during the month, and ranked as the most-watched movie on the streamer from July to December 2024. The streamer shared the metrics in its bi-annual data dump. Viewership for 'Carry-On' exceeded that of 'The Union,' which was the second most-watched movie during the interval with 131.1 million views, as well as 'Rebel Ridge,' which took third place with 129 million views. Viewership for 'Carry-on,' 'The Union' and 'Rebel Ridge' well exceeded that of other movies on the streamer, with 'Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F' coming in fourth place with 97.1 million views while 'Our Little Secret,' which was released in late November, took fifth place with 81.3 million views. On the TV side, 'Squid Game' Season 2 was the most-watched TV show during the back half of 2024, despite only debuting on Dec. 26, just days before the end of the year. 'Squid Game' Season 2 logged 86.5 million views, coming ahead of 'The Perfect Couple,' which logged 75.1 million views, and 'Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story,' which was the third most-watched show during the interval with 69.7 million views. 'Emily in Paris' Season 4 was the fourth most-watched TV show during the interval with 57.8 million views, narrowly exceeding viewership for 'Nobody Wants This' Season 1, which scored 56.8 million views, and 'La Palma,' which logged 52.2 million views. Netflix's livestream of Jake Paul and Mike Tyson's fight, which debuted on Nov. 15, was the streamer's No. 7 most-watched TV program, racking up 48.9 million views despite not streaming globally. The first installment of 'Black Doves' and 'Cobra Kai' Season 6 were also high up in the back half of the year with 38.8 million views and 38.3 million views, respectively, while 'American Murder: Laci Peterson' logged 37.4 million views and 'Outer Banks' Season 4 scored 35.7 million views.
