Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Kids Look So Grown Up in Rare Disneyland Video
Meghan Markle shared a montage of her family vacation to Disneyland in Anaheim, California. In the video, Markle could be seen enjoying rides and food with husband Prince Harry and kids Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Although Markle was careful to keep her kids' faces private, they are already looking so grown Markle and Prince Harry took their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, on a family trip to Disneyland—and the photos and videos could not be cuter. Markle shared a few glimpses into their family vacation with a montage set to Peggy Lee's 'It's a Good Day' on Instagram, writing, 'Thank you @disneyland for giving our family two days of pure joy!' In the video montage, Markle and Harry take their kids on some of the most iconic Disneyland rides, including the Tiana's Bayou Adventure, Dumbo The Flying Elephant, Star Wars: Rise Of The Resistance, and the Cars Land ride. Lilibet also looked thrilled to meet Elsa from Frozen. Markle wore a pair of the iconic Minnie Mouse ears over a black cap, along with a casual white shirt and jeans, while Harry opted for a black polo shirt and a cap. Archie coordinated with his dad wearing a simple top and jeans, while Lilibet wore an array of cute sundresses and a sparkly blue cap. Although Markle blocked out her children's faces, the video showed that Lilibet's strawberry red hair is getting ultra long and wavy, while Archie's hair is still just as auburn as ever. And the two kids are already looking so grown up! Lilibet turned four on June 4, and the family's trip to Disneyland seemingly coordinated with the big day—she even got a giant Mickey Mouse with a 'Happy Birthday, Lili' badge and a Little Mermaid-themed cake. The trip comes 31 years after Harry visited Walt Disney World with his mother, the late Princess Diana, and his brother, Prince William. Disney World fans are threatening to boycott the theme park after it unveiled the first major details on its upcoming Cars land... and finally confirmed the closing date of a beloved ride. The Happiest Place on Earth announced last year that it would be getting rid of Tom Sawyer Island in Magic Kingdom's Frontierland to make way for a new Lightning McQueen-themed area. Now, the theme park has revealed when it will officially be shut down - and the news has left hoards of Disney fans across the globe outraged. Tom Sawyer Island, as well as the Liberty Square Riverboat ride, will have its final day of operation on July 6, 2025. That means guests only have a little more than a month left to enjoy the serene island inspired by the stories of Mark Twain. Immediately, Disney park-goers took to X, formerly Twitter , to share their heartbreak over the announcement, and some even admitted that they no longer wanted to visit the park. 'Never going back,' someone else wrote. 'I have a lot of happy memories there, and I'll keep them.' 'Huge mistake. Huge,' a fourth tweet read, while a fifth said, 'Largest downgrade.' 'Sorry but I'm not going to Disney World anymore. I'm staying at my home park, which is Disneyland in Anaheim, California ,' a different user shared. 'I am heartbroken at the loss of Tom Sawyer island this is the WORST decision ever,' someone else penned. 'This is a travesty! Build new somewhere else. We want nostalgia,' urged another person. Disney shared new details about the upcoming changes coming to Magic Kingdom in a press release on Tuesday. The new Cars land will contain two dazzling attractions. One will 'be geared towards smaller guests and will be fun for the whole family,' while the second will 'invite you on a thrilling rally race through the mountains.' The company explained that the new area will be called Piston Peak National Park and described it as an 'awe-inspiring wilderness filled with towering trees, snowcapped mountains, breathtaking waterfalls, roaring rivers and impressive geysers.' 'To make sure these buildings fit naturally within the surrounding majestic landscapes, Imagineers are using a style of architecture called "Parkitecture," which was developed by the National Park Service to create structures that harmonize with the natural environment. 'Rugged mountains with dramatic peaks will be nestled along a calming waterway across from Grizzly Hall and soaring geysers from the famed Big Thunder Mountain Railroad will stretch into the trails of our off-road rally.' Disney also promised that 'imagineers are hard at work' bringing the 'first-ever land inspired by the Disney villains' to life, which will be located behind the Big Thunder Mountain ride in Magic Kingdom. That land will feature two more new rides, dining, and shopping 'all on an incredibly twisted grand scale.' Tons of other new stuff are in the works at Disney World, including an Encanto river ride, an Indiana Jones attraction, and a Zootopia show at Animal Kingdom.

Disney Pulls Back the Curtain on Its New ‘Cars' Land
Piston Peak National Park is coming to Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. If all goes according to plan, when the new Cars-inspired land opens at the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World, you won't even see it. Back at the D23 Expo last year, Disney announced it was adding a Cars-themed land to its signature Orlando park, and now, the company has revealed a ton of additional info. There's a map of what it'll look like, an explanation of its theming, and the news that even though it'll be sitting in the middle of the theme park, it'll be carefully designed to make sure it doesn't stand out. Oh, and it's got a name too. The land is called Piston Peak National Park (though fans are sure to just call it 'Piston Peak' or 'Cars Land'), and though it's fully set in the world of Cars, it's being conceived as a national park in that franchise. The idea being, a national park—even if it's filled with sentient talking vehicles—is a more seamless fit into the land's location, which is near Liberty Square and Frontierland. You can see the full map above, though it's just an artist's interpretation and won't be exactly that. So, unlike the decidedly city-based theming in Radiator Springs, Disney's first Cars land at California Adventure, here everything will be much more natural. More earthy. Imagineers are even calling it 'Parkitecture.' That's a key too because, as Disney explains in its news release, 'From the outside, trees will provide a natural barrier between the off-road rally and other parts of Frontierland and Liberty Square. Rugged mountains with dramatic peaks will be nestled along a calming waterway across from Grizzly Hall and soaring geysers from the famed Big Thunder Mountain Railroad will stretch into the trails of our off-road rally.' Previously, it was announced that the land now known as Piston Peak will have two rides in it, one geared at families and another, more exciting 'race rally through the mountains' which will see your vehicle 'climb mountain trails, dodge geysers and… splash through mudholes.' To make this land into a reality, the park will close Rivers of America, Tom Sawyer Island, and the Liberty Square Riverboat beginning July 7. Plus, as we already knew, on the other side of Big Thunder, a land focused exclusively on Disney Villains is coming too. But no word on specifics for that quite yet.
